Your idol. Having someone there knowing they love you when you feel like no one else does. Looking up to them for inspiration and wanting to be just like them when you’re older. Nobody ever takes you seriously, saying it’s a ‘phase’ or that you’ll grow out of it in a few years, but they don’t get it. They don’t get that you sit there crying for hours on end wanting to meet them, and just tell them how you feel, how they have changed your life and you wouldn’t be you without them. You’ve made new friends who are the only ones who understand how you feel, and these friends soon turn into bestfriends. You stare at posters on your wall wishing that one day you can repay your idol for everything that have done for you. Listening to their music, or watching fan videos can bring you to tear, and you get judged for it, but what’s everyones problem? You protect your idol like it’s a family member, not letting anyone be rude or slag them off because you love them and they are your everything and you know you will never leave them ever, no matter what people say.
